Will the DVD's I made in US (region 1)play in Lima,Peru (region 4) generally? Just asking because I recently visited and did not bring any of my DVD's--I may go back--is my thinking correct--do most of the burning programs (Nero, DVD-decrypter etc.)make "region free" DVD copies?--I know that I bought some music CD's there and they play fine on my players.
Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question--couldn't find anything real specific in the search function. Thanks in advance for any confident replies.

Get AnyDVD and you won't ever have to worry about regions again :)

Thanks for replying--I do have AnyDVD and it is always running in the backround--well has been for the last 4 months or so--before that usually just DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter--so, I guess they will work--thanks a lot.
