I want to be able to stream over my network with my PVR-250 and be able to pick it up on my Pocket PC. I know I can't do it with Windows Media Encoder because it has a hardware decoder but is it possible with any other program. I can stream from my old ATI TV Wonder fine but the quality is really bad and I like the options of a PVR instead. Anyone know how? I have tried using VideoLan but have not been able to get it to work right.
