Hello peeps, I apologies for asking this question as im shure you all know the answer, but im stuck, Ive been burning iso's in nero onto dvd-r's using my nec burner, sometimes at about 60% nero says burn process failed (see below for printout) however if i burn the smae process again it works, however sometimes its jumpy when playing in the dvd player at certian points etc, here is the printout from nero when it fails ..................................................................... This is one problem. http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/DMA.html The media you are using is not the best. I use OPTODISC (COR4) which is not the best either but I have had good luck. A writer can favor one type over another. Try someother brands. http://www.videohelp.com/dvdmedia.php?dvdmediadvdridsearch=OPTODISCOP1 You could update the firmware on the NEC(OEM DELL). http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php Dell has the v.10GE firmware on your download page also.
