I have a question, is there a difference between DVD+R and DVD-R? One of them is better than the other for the laser??
And also, I have Sony DVD+R [disc id in dvd-decrypter SONY-D21-00] are this a good media or not?

That should be fine, I use both dvd+r and dvd-r and both work fine.

Just make sure that the manufacturer ID isn't anything under 2ND class.

lol, following this guide just made the iso bigger. it went from 4,37GB to 4,56GB
