Audio problems after editing movie

    After capturing my home movie using WMM2 as an AVI file, I edit the movie. Then I save this edited movie (in WMM2) as an AVI file, it is this 2nd AVI file (after edit) where the audio and video are not in sync, I have tried it many times, even using diff software, I have tried defrag of hard drive but no luck. I feel its as if a couple of frames have been dropped causing the problem, but I am not sure, can anyone help me. How can I get the 2 into sync? Thanks
