Buffer level

    My buffer level starts out at 97-98% but sometimes jumps down to 66% or lower for a split second but my used read buffer stays at 100%..i have no programs running in the background & i dont multi-task.So is it ok if it does that as long as my used read buffer stays at 100%?

    Yes this is perfectly normal.. When either starts getting below %10 is when you may want to start worrying :)

    It hit 7% for a split sec but then went back up to 97-98% I'm watching the movie now & it has no problems what so ever though.I'm going to defrag my drive tonight anyway.
