Is it me..or DVD SANTA??

I hava a saved avi movie on my HD. I used dvd santa to do the magic. By the way i'm a newb at this. Santa encoded the movie and finished, took about 2 hirs???? Dont know if that is right. ANyways it finished said ready to burn. I burned it, it completed fine. I played it back and it plays the 1st 10 secs of the film and repeats itself...arghhh......darn. I repeated this process 3 times still dont work. I need any type of assistance......thanks in advance.

Thanks for reply, and i tried it. It didnt work. It began converting fine till about half way then the screen went black. Now im trying divxtodvd. Hope this works.

 

NM. That was another prog that i tried and didnt work..My mistake. Now I will try divxtodvd.
