Firewire and DV

    Hi all,

    I just bought Firewire for my sony Camcorder.. Now I would like to know a good software to capture video and also a software that can help me transfer the edited videos back onto camera

    Almost any video editing software can do DV transfer from and to the camera.
    If you have XP, you can also Microsoft MovieMaker. There are also quite a number of freeware programs. For a listing see http://www.digitalvideoclub.com/downloads/freedownloads.php
    A great, more advanced, utility is Scenalyzer.

    Get Ulead Disc Creator 3 ( $ 40 dollars ).It is very easy to use and fast to burn camcorder video to DVD
