Controversial Articles in April Issue of AUDIOPHILE AUDITION Online

AUDIOPHILE AUDITION - the web publication for music, audio and home theater, with a focus on hi-res audio and surround sound for music (at http://sunier.justgotowned.com) - has published the most controversial articles in its six-year history:

"SACD is Dying...Or Not?" - http://sunier.justgotowned.com - is in answer to allegations in some of the audio press that the SACD format is dying or dead; in spite of 3500 releases so far worldwide and more every month. Seven movers and shakers in DSD/SACD recording and production speak out and shatter this rumor.

" Grouses & Gripes About Dual Disc; Reviews" - http://sunier.justgotowned.com - gives the general experiences among several of the publication's 14 reviewers plus details of a dozen specific discs in the format that MSNBC describes as "...half-CD, half-DVD and half-baked." Another feature in the same issue concerning DualDisc reviewing is "Extreme Prejudice and the Pursuit of Hi-Res Audio."

The April issue continues AUDIOPHILE AUDITION's record of reviewing more hi-res discs than any other publication with 45 SACD & DVD-Audio reviews, plus 82 reviews of standard CDs, DualDiscs and video DVDs. Naxos' Brahms First Symphony conducted by Marin Alsop is the Multichannel Disc of the Month, and components reviewed include Sony's SCD-CE595 SACD/CD Changer AND Terk's small outdoor and indoor HDTV antennas.
