Best prog...for creating chapters, menus??

    I have some looney tunes cartoons in avi foramt. I want to be able to split them up in chapters and want to create someting like a menu. I have some nero's, and dvd factory, sony sonic dvd etc....which prog will do the job for me??

    Thanks in advance. By the way i did do a forum search for a topic like mine and couldnt find what i needed.

    If you have Nero then check and see if you have Nerovision Express as part of the Nero package. You can use that to convert your cartoons to a DVD with menus.
