Will my pc allow me to burn dvds now???

    I made my pc from motherboard up and added each item piece by piece I'm running Windows XP Professional with 256mb ram Intel Celeron D 3.6ghz processor with a 200 gb maxtor harddrive along with my new memorex dual format dvd recorder my question is with my computer hardware that I have now am I able to burn dvds effiently???

    First, no double posting.

    Second, Yes, your computer is fine. However with any system, don't try doing anything else on your computer while burning.

    Third, I would of went with less/better processor - AMD (not duron) or P4 - and more ram. However you have sufficient ram. I'm just not a big fan of the Celeron, but to each their own.
