Error message while using dvd shrink after dvd decrypter

    Hey, I'm new to this and this is driving me crazy. After I finish using dvd decrypter, I want to use dvd shrink so I can fit the damn movie onto the disc but I get this message. What am I doing wrong?
    "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. "Fail to open C:\.....blah blah\my videos\VIDEO_TS.IFO" The system cannot find the file specified"
    This worked in the past.
