Ok, this is what im am wondering, can a cd eye tell the difference between a light colored cd, and a dark colored cd. im talking about the side that containts the data. Which one do you guys feels benfits play back
Well yes it is true that the color on the data recording surface does not affect playback, but black colored cd's (on the data side) give protection against fungus, (I have 2 or 3 non black cd's with that kind of problem which makes them unreadable), So if you buy black colored cd's you will have protection against fungus on your cd, I personally recommend Smart buy Black (manacfured by prodisc).
