i am thinking of getting this but when i read the spec, the only recording mode it lists is 'multi session', not 'track-at-once' and 'disc-at-once'. it mentions all 3 in the specs of other dvd writers. Can someone who has this DVD writer confirm that it can or cant write disc-at-once. sorry if this seems trivial, but a lot of movies will not fit on a cd if multi session is selected. Also does anyone know whats the maximum size of disc that it will burn. i cant seem to find that info.
the answer is at sony.storagesupport i saw it when i downloaded the firmware upgrade i think it was beside the download.i still have a problem with mine not burning and the upgrade has made it much slower in the read mode. i think you should be a little more patient as i am not the only one with problems i am still waiting on an email back from sony
