pal to ntsc HELP!!

is ther a program that u can use to convert from pal to ntsc if ther is wuts the fastest program that works please help

use avi2dvd but fast it isnt! and its beta so abit buggy...

nero visionexpress will do a safer job!

as changing from ntsc to pal is quite a feat and used to use many apps indeed and time..

 

if we hav nero vision express how do we use it so that the pal movie will go to a ntsc

was that aimed at me? if so no i havent treid ntsc to pal in nero, used nero? yes alot! seen others do what you need on afterdawn? yes!
