well let me walk you thru , softmodded with unleashX backed up my eeprom and c did all the usual stuff , played around for about 2 hours,(all done with the mechassualt "run linux" profile) then booted up MA , and removed the softmodd everything worked fine till I booted up MA again and tried to install the softmodd but only gave me the options : Turn on/off softmodd , remove soft modd and dash settings , but there isnt a soft modd even on the xbox... can some one please help? I keep getting that damned service require please call customer support with a #16 by it. Also , I was able to run games for a little while now cant run them at all
corrupted hard drive sorry once you run a mechassault exploit your xbox is perminitly modded if you try to remove it it will just mess your machine up sorry error 16 is the microsoft dashboard cannot be found error
yo i have the exact probelm with my xbox.... My suggestion is try and use slayr to restore your ms dash and install the evox dash sorry but if slayer's work ( im goiong to try it soon) u can get only the EVO X dash and not the unleash well at least yull be able to load games
you cannot use slayers evox installer unless you have a mod chip installed but the major problem is is there is no longer any tsop if you run the mechassault exploit and then your console is perminitly modded to that exploit only which sucks thats why if you are going to mod your xbox make sure you know what your doing and make sure you use a mod chip not a exploit
Yo know u cant use slayers.... But can u help me plz.... Lool i found a way so that i can fix the error code 16 screen but i need to do a hotswap in order for it to work.. Can u help me or give me a tut n hoew to do it thx! Ill be using xboxHdm and Uxe and i will copy the xboxdash.xbe into the C:/ folder of xboxhdm.... My probelm is that i have to get it on my hdd by hotswapping plz helop
