Problems with DVD drive

    Hi, I have a pika one dvd writer and it's been working fine until recently. the last couple of weeks it hasn't let me burn anything (it always freezes as 22%) and when I play CD's in it they are glitchy.

    if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do that would be great
