I've just got a DVD Recorder and would like some help? The Recorder records programs off the TV in Blocks and i want to keep only certain frames from within this block and transfer them to my PC. I know i can place chapters within these Blocks but is there a program out there that will allow me view and rip certain frames even if they are only say 30 seconds long? I hope this makes sense?
