Is there any kind of tv card that would allow you to hook a satellite dish to a pc? so you could watch dish on your pc, just like there are tv tuner cards
Buy another reciever, hook it up to any TV tuner card. This allows you to watch/record anything the reciever gets, independently of the other reciever going to your TV. Check the back of your reciever, you may have secondary outputs, which can be run to the PC. This will mean you can only watch on the PC whatever the reciever is tuned to though.
