Hi , Just installed and flashed my xecuter 2.6 with the x2 5032 bios. I had the chip set to bank 2 thinking it would only flash to that bank, but when I turn it on (both banks) I get no picture but sound, it sounds as if it is booting the original bios, I've put original games in and they load but no picture, just sound. I have a version 1.1 xbox Do I need to buy a programmer? Does the x2 5032 bios sound like the original bios? If it is booting the bios I flashed properly with no picture if I knew where to navigate to surely I could re-flash with a different bios and see if that worked? Where could I see a picture of the xecuter bios screen, so could try and work out what button presses I need to make? Is it hopeless? Any advice would be apreciated, thanks
best thing to do is get a copy of slayers evox installer...put it in yer box and reboot with disc in... this has the option to flash bios and allsorts of other options... no sound needed
