Motorola v180 ringtones wont load on mpt

Look i've been up and down this forum and no one as ask the question to which i need to answer to. My phone is a v180 and my os is a windoes xp. I have uploaded mpt and i have down the live up dates...but everytime i go to multimedia and try and upload one thing as soon as i get to it..it shuts down...now is there something wrong do i need to reinstall but i need answers..and i'd be grateful if anyone could help..please and thank u

Well okay what exactly am i suppose to look for in this forum...i had to translate it to to english..but what am i looking for exactly
