ok how would i back up a xbox game i kinda already know how but not sure

ok i just ordered a Xecuter 3 with a solder less adapter
and i am going to be buying a dvd burner very soon but my question is what programes should i use?
how would i copy the game?
and how would i burn it?
What type of file should the game be when i burn it?
Or if i should say download it from online?

the reason i am asking these is because i have a idear ( I THINK) but if anybody could help me that would be soooo great..

one other thing i have alcohol 120 on my pc would that be a good programe to use?
