How to edit?

    I need to edit out about 2 secs out of a DVD. Not encrypted, just home movie. I apologize if this is the wrong forum. What software can I use? I no longer have the original source material, so this disc is my master. Thanks in advance.

    You can use Premiere or Scenarist ( I use those for home movies)or you might try the Trial version Of Nero NVE as it will also edit a movie. The first 2 are a little pricey and the Free trial version of Nero is the right price.
