I am still having problems with virtual dub when trying to convert the audio sample rate to 44.1 to play on my dvd player, via svcd. As soon as I touch the divx movie, i.e. converting or whatever it loses its sync. BUT this only seems to happen when the audio has been compressed by Lame (checked with G Spot. I've tried converting and recompressing using Lame in virtualdubmod but it doesn't help. All the latest screeners coming out now have Lame Compression and I can't convert to SVCD. Anyone have any ideas???
have you tried separating the audio from video then when you re-encode it use the separated audio source?
