Multisession DvD

I thought i could burn a multisession dvd like i do with cd-r's but when the message came up on nero that it wouldnt work, i didnt notice it.I currently can only see teh last thign i put in it. I just wanna know if there is a way to see teh old data that i put in the dvd or is it gone forever?

on the tabs it runs through its there!

 

im not really sure on hwo to check teh tabs it runs through hence why im a n00b =\. If u dotn mind can u tell me how to check them, please.
