I have been trying to burn from a DivX file to a DVD and i cannot get it to work. The method i used was to convert the file using VSO DivxToDVD. I first converted the movie and it made a VIDEO_TS folder. I then used Nero 6 to burn the files in this folder. But the burning stopped at 57% and said completed. I took it out and played a bit of the movie in my DVD player and it worked fine but then it stopped a little over halfway. Then i tried again and it keeps saying bad disc. So, after trying this i downloaded CopyToDVD hoping it was just Nero. When I tried using CopyToDVD this time it stopped at 42% but it gave me an error. It said "Write error at 871968(16)-Code 0629 00 [Unit attention, Power On or Bus device reset occured]" Does anyone know what this means and how it can be fixed? Or is there a better way I should be burning my DVD (This is my first time trying) My DVD writer is a HP dvd writer DVD300i if that helps. I would like to be able to burn DivX files to DVD to watch and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have also tried using TMPGEnc and its been 1 hour 15 minutes and it is 1% done.. it is showing that it will take approx 70 hours.. so if i could figure out how to fix my errors from nero or divxtodvd it would be a great help. Thanks.

Im not sure how to get a Nero log.. but what happens is that it says remaining time: 0:00:00 , and the total time keeps counting up, but it remains at 57%, or the second time I just tried it stopped at 20%. It gives me no error and i have to ctrl+alt+del to get out of it and it says not responding. I even have to restart my computer before i can eject the DVD. I am wasting DVD's like nothing else. I tried to take a screen shot and save in paint but that froze as well and I had to restart because it messed up my whole computer.. ahh im so frustrated.. thanks to anyoen who takes the time to even try and help me.
