Hi i've read what telecine means on the afterdawn website, but i want to know if telecine means"the movie taken with a cam at a theater" or "the movie from the theater "tape or reel" whatever you call it and converted to DVD quality media"

For bootleg movie releases, our definition at http://www.afterdawn.com/glossary/terms/telecine.cfm is the correct one:

The process you suggested as first option, "the movie taken with a cam at a theater", is called simply "Cam" in bootleg movie release scene, if the audio is also taken with camcorder. The more advanced version of "cam" is called telesync, its definition is available here: http://www.afterdawn.com/glossary/terms/telesync.cfm
