Quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Disc Manufacturer: - Disc Application Code: 0, Disc Physical Code: 0 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would say that your burner does not like the disks you are using. Could you please provide the mfr of your disks. Also when did you last update the firmware on your burner. Use Nero info tool to see what your last update is. Also read forum rules on multi-posting. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/1/197928#1063706
These are getting commoin as of late. Memory is VERY low, I would suggest increasing the size if you can, this will give your CPU a breath of fresh air.......... and These point to Nero/Dvd burner not recognising your choice of media. What brand media are you using, I know it is -R but what manufacturer? Try a different brand, and also a possible firmware upgrade, this should get you going nicely................ Let us know how you get on.................
Update your Nero as well: Yours... Nero API version: 6.0.0.0 Using interface version: 6.0.0.0 Current version: 6.6.0.13 Release date: May 12th, 2005 You can go into your task manager and see what other applications are running and try closing a a few. Hopfully you are not multitasking during the burn process. Write errors are 99.9% related to media though.
thanks a lot,it turns out it was the media.i was using tdk,i had been using the same media for about 6 months though with no problems at all thats why i had been so confused.thanks again all is working well now.
