I'd like to rip the audio from one AVI file, and put it in another, example

Movie 1 is in french with great video
Movie 1 is in English with horrible video

I'd like to rip the audio from the English file, erase the french audio in the other and splice in the English to the good AVI, also what about ripping a 2 disc AC3 audio, converting it into MP3 or single disc AC3, any help would be appreciated, yes I did search and found no relevant answers

Open the 'good audio' movie with VirtualDubMod.

    Stream___Stream List___Demux. Save the (MP3 , AC3 .. ) audio stream.

You've just extracted the 'good' audio stream from the 1st movie.

Open the 'good video' movie. Stream___Stream List again. [bold]Disable[/bold] the old stream, [bold]Add [/bold] the good one.
Set Video__Direct Stream Copy and save (F7) the new movie.

With VirtualDub you can join AVI streams, too. Obviously, it's difficult if you found a movie in 2 pieces and join audio1 to MOVIE1.AVI, because the split point could be different and the 2 parts of the same movie could overlap...
