what program is the best for dvd to divx 3.11 ? i have already heard of tmpengc, flaskmpeg, auto gk. looking for some other program which is simple like dr. divx.
TMPGEnc, Flask, etc. would be ok if you use ffdshow to do the encoding. I still wouldn't recommend them. AutoGK supports DivX3? If it does then I guess like GK it uses Nandub for encoding, so it to would be ok. Think Fairuse wizard also may support DivX3 SBC encoding. Why DivX 3.11 alpha though? There are much better codecs now, like XviD which has the bonus of actually being MPEG4 compliant.
