    Hi,
I have extracted a BIN file manualy with isobuster and burned it onto a cd but when i tried it did not work as it should be, because i should have burned it directly to the cd, with the cue file.

Now i want to know if it is possible to create a BIN and CUE file again from the extracted data or do i have to download them again?(i accidently deleted them. and ofcourse i could just try it out but the problem is i dont have a burner, i just take out my HD and bring it to a friend:)

And if so, what is the best program to use?

Download the .BIN again. Also, download its .CUE, if it exists.

When you burn (or create a .BIN) from the extracted files you lose all information about boot sectors, files LBA and other protection measures (read other posts), the (in)famous difference between the 2352 bytes/sector and the 2048 bytes/sector mentioned in many posts.
