you need a modded xbox, a ftp client set up the network settings on the pc and xbox then use the ftp client to connect...look around the forums there are tons of "howto" ftp threads.
ftp means file transfer protocol... you do it by setting up a local area connection on your pc to your xbox.... i have posted answers to this very question about 20 times in the last 24 hrs... search the forums for the answer... i know its there i put it there myself
