I cant use my microphone

I have two microphone out, I have creative audigy 9400 and I have 6+1 surround system. both of microphone out is my mainboard. how can I use microphone out?

 

Have you checked your audio settings to see if your mic is muted?

 

yes I checked. they look like mute.then I open it. but nothing has changed.

they look like unmute and it shows my microphone equipment is my sound card. what must I do

 

did you install a new sound card?

 

no I didn't install anything. I bought a new computer. Everything is different from my old computer. my sound card is now sb audy 2zs 9400
