Hi, I was just wondering if there are any HDD defragmenter progs for evox? im havin problems with half movies and laggy games (on hdd) and i think my hdd is a mess. copy and delete large files quite commonly. I would just ftp everything to my computer, format xbox hdd, then send it all back, but i only have 30gigs free on my computer and over 60 on the xbox. soooo, any programs or ideas are more than welcome. tnx
I think there was some kind of tool made that would 'kinda' do that,but it would only do a certain portion of the hard drive. Your best bet is to take everything off the hard drive and reformat and reinstall everything.
you really shouldn't have to defrag though,but when the hard drive gets full it will slow down for you.......
