@BlivetNC...you never cease to amaze me! You're right about the 4-6 year error. Christ was born four to six year before Christ so 6.6.06 really isn't until 2010-2012 which is interesting onto itself as both Mayan and Egyptian calanders predict the end of mankind in 2012...could that be on the "real" 6.6.06???

edit: just read polyarnie's post...mayans say december which isn't the sixth month...unless..........

Could be, but we'll know for certain if that morning you awake to the sound of hundreds of cats battering down your front door to revisit your tossing their littermates out of your luxurious townhouse basement. But, in 4-6 years the papers will have another world ending story eh?

Ah yes, my cats ... you know, one of them in particular did look like the spawn of satan! Big monstrous grey beast of a tom all covered with battle scars. I expect his ghost to show up for some pay back! He sure was the king of his particular hill until he took up residence with his harem in my damned basement. That had to be the biggest and ugliest friggin cat I've ever seen. I can't feel sorry for him though ... hell, only I can spray in my territory lol! He had it coming!

I will refrain from commenting on the first sentence of your post although I confess I'd have a ball doing so lol! I've got to say though, I don't remember anything in the book of revelations about the "Studio of the Beast" lol!

Give it time Gerry, I'm sure that one of our more linguistically agile members will trace a path through the various translations which shows how the word studio grew from an anciet word which meant cave or lair at one time in our past. Perhaps someone could explain how we got the phrase "Oval Office" from the ancient texts which speak of the "Pond of Scum".

BlinkN, come to find out that was just my neighbor. He stayed in the sun too long, got burned, that's why he was wincing. The whole pavement melting thing, yeah, he has athletes foot. That stuff can be nasty. So the whole world coming to an end thing, just a misunderstanding. It could just be your sunburned neighbor with athletes foot, coming over on the wrong day. Man what a coincidence.

A site that guesses when you'll die
    June 8, 2006 4:00 AM PDT

Deathforecast.com may be a grim-sounding name, but at least it's accurate. This page lists a couple dozen questions or so to estimate how long you'll live, supposedly based on "scientific data obtained from dozens of health studies."

@Ireland.....hmmmm...in my family, you live to be over 100 or you die around 50. Puts me in a precarious position so I think I'll pass Ireland LOL!

    Seconds left to live...

Damm, 11 days before I turn 95. Better get my quota in of Nurse pinching before then.
Wait, doing the more detailed survey, now I'll live to 82. 13 less years of nursie squeezing.

Yes it is, but then again, look at the world around us, take it too seriously and your head will explode. Daytime TV is living proof of De-evolution. I like humor, keeps me sane.
