Thanks THISDUDE, I opened my umd drive and I dont see any text, also on my psp box it says PSP-1001K
120V
I hacked it before about 3 yrs ago( i think to 1.5 if i remember it right) and i was playing homebrewed games but i got bored and my kid updated it, but not before i got interested again coz i see they can rip umd games now also. Im also doing a lot of reading about the new fw hacks, but will be a big help if you can at least guide me to it, I really appreciate it.

thanks,

I just want to make sure, you do not see any code on the top left and top right of the green motherboard when you open the drive?

EDIT: Because there's a code that can be blocked here and you can't see it as clearly as you can:

Do you have a Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories UMD Game? Because if you want to play ISOS and homebrew e.t.c you have to downgrade. And hackers have found a way to downgrade with this game for your version. The UMD game HAS to have a version 2.00 in it or it won't work because when ROCKSTAR (Creaters of GTA) found out that you can downgrade with the game. They patched it to 2.60 so the downgrade won't work. If you have the UMD the way to check it is put the disc in after PSP boot up then when it autoloads to the screen of the game scroll down once and see what version it is. If it is 2.00 your in luck if it is 2.60 then i'm afraid you can't downgrade. You'll have to borrow one or buy a new one which is rare!!!!

What problem are you having? Does it say itself it doesn't work, error code, won't load, rip won't work... Tell me what EXACTLY your problem, then I can help you.

I cannot play the ISO that I dump in my pc.
The game that I dump is GTA:LCS (patched version). I have a TA-82 and fw: 3.10 oe a'.

Other ISO file that I have is working fine but for this game its not working. Kindly advise what is the possible resolution on this.

Many thanks!
