I am trying to make successful Backups of my BR movies so they play on my PS3? Does anyone know the formula?

I have been using Newest Nero... also used Any DVD HD and ripping movie ISO on to PSR using Linux (Fedora Core 5) then burning with Nero etc.

When I go to play the movies they seem to want to start then they say it's an invalid disk.

I can play the movies on my workstation using Power DVD though.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have a Sony BR Burner and PS3 with 320GB drive.

a REAL question, if i were to get a playstation stand that also has a USB hub(only way to get USB's at the back of PS3 without modding) im assuming you can easily charge even with duel docking station but would i be able to use PlayTV through these ports?

my idea is to have a duel charging station running off one at rear and play tv off the rear aswell, as i have a 40GB i can use the front one left for synching(if the rear one cannot)/using controllers or if i want to use a external hard drive etc.

can i install multiple themes and select the one i would like as necessary? id like to have a few to choose from since my daughter plays as well and i dont want her seeing some skimpy girl on the screen ;x

you can save as many as you want and can easily change back <=10 seconds.

I'm not sure but you could make a password to use themes meaning if your daughter were to snoop around she wouldn't find them just don't name them like 'PORNO SCREEN' or '2girls1cup' etc.

you could try to downloading a divx or checking rlslog for BR rips and just burning them to blueray...doesnt blueray disc hold like 25GB? thats about 25 divx movies, on an hdmi upconvert thats still awesome quality, anyway thats what i would do. or check out videohelp.com for more advice

Hi New to PS3 and having problems with multiplayer. Can play multiplayer COD And GTA but cannot join up with all of my friends, can join with one or two but never with certain people. can anyone help please?

Hey guys I recently bought a 20gig Hong Kong model PS3 (I'm in Ireland), and although the PAL games work fine on it at the moment I'm worried that when I finally connect to the internet (reasons to why I haven't connected to follow!) the firmware update wont allow me to play the games as I've heard rumours of this happening?

Secondly the 20gig model doesn't have wifi and I'm wondering is there an adapter out or any other solution to allow me to connect the 20gig to a wifi network as the ethernet connection is 2 floors below where i have the PS3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I haven't heard anything about not being able to play games by updating, in fact I'd go as far as to call it complete bs.

And if you want to give your 20gig wifi access get a wireless gaming adaptor.

Not sure, especially since I don't know the names of any of the European electronics chains. They arent too rare though you should be able to find them at the same place you'd get a router.
