Reecejt, The Client Should Load Up, But Logging Onto My IP Address Is Currently Unavailable.
The Port In The Client Is For Anti Hack, Which Is Probabally Why Your Server Doesn't Like It.

Firstly, read the thread, page 5 has vicious' ever aging but still useful tutorial, High detail, I'm currently working on this myself, and I was looking for some experienced people in 503.
Just another thing to add to the community:
Server IDs:
(Obviously Each One higher than a previous one has the same or better things...)
504-508 - Even Better than 503, But 503 is what everyone works on, like a milestone
503 - Runescape HD (The One With Shadows, Mist, 3D etc.)
474 - Better Monsters, Proper Skillcape Emotes
417 - About 6 Months Runescape ago, not sure, Webber's V2 Gameframe. Pretty Good.
377 - The Slightly Better Standard One.
317 - Likes of Moparscape, Well The Old Moparscape anyway.
202 - Ye Olde Runescape, Runescape Classic.
Personal Favourite: 417
Latest: (As Of the last time I checked) 508

i have my own server with my own items and its got all the quest up to date and its all working fine with little glitchs. but when i upload it, idk when or where it would be

Have you got JDK? Is your server in the Bin Folder in C:/Program Files/Java/JDK_x_xx/bin ?

I think your best bet would be to contact Jagex, and tell them you're interested in running a RuneScape server.

What i had to do is go around dowloading pretty much all jdk files took me like 30 min it gets harder when trying to add npc's and items jus try downloading all kinds of stuff like all jdk files beetween 5-6 you will probuily get it then if you till ned help go to www.runelocus.com

i downloaded jdk, downloaded everything on 1st page, compile.bat didn't work, kopieëd all the server files to my jdk map(c:\programfiles\java\jdk1.6.0\bin or something) but compile.bat stil don't work!!! i need help with this plz, i'm trying for 2full days now..

I would like to announce that my work schedual, in addition to other factors and projects within my life, have finally lined up in such a way to allow my return as a regular to this thread.
I will be re-reading through this post and familiarizing myself with any/all advances in the RS Server Hosting field, so that I will be able to help users knowledgably.
To RuneSkape: I'd like to thank you for your continued dedication to this thread as well as to RS Private Server Advancement as a whole. I'd also like to apologize for my disapperance, but please rest assured that all distractions to the server hosting community are no pretty much null and void.

i got it now, but i can't get npcs in it.. i'm working for about 6 days or more now, i'm getting sick of it..

All of the links provided on the first page, as well as my tutorial on the fifth page, provide you with the tools nessicary to create "BlakeScape" -- which, as was stated many times, is a COMPLETELY empty server -- a verital blank canvis on which you can build your own parrallell universe to the original Runescape.
If you're wanting a server kit with monsters, NPCs, and whatnots all packed and ready to go, try some of those that RuneSkape as released, or find and try moparscape.
Note, however, that this thread is meant assisting people with BlakeScape, so if you change server kits, you'll no longer be able to recieve any assistance in this thread.
