iS THERE SOME WAY TO TEST AN ISO or a BIN before you burn to a disk so that you don't get I/O errors or corrupt installation files i haven't seen that feature on ISOBUSTER or WInISO any other Software?

PC ISOs can be easily 'mounted' by Alcohol 120° (or Daemon tools): the effect is similar to have them burned on a virtual CD unit. Then you can play with them (run them, for instance...).

PSX ISOs can be emulated (ePSXexe, for instance).

Otherwise you can extract on your HD the whole content of the ISO with ISOBUSTER. If he does not reports errors during extraction, the ISO is good.

Be aware, do not burn the extracted files on the CD-R, or you'll miss any info about copy protection, if any. If the iso is good, burn the image.

WinRar is also capable of extracting ISO's.
