Hi guys, im installing the new halo maps on my chipped box. ive created the ISO and it works on my box, now im trying to move files with boxplorer in order for the maps to work ( im following the instructions that came in the 106 MB file package.) Thing is i dont have and FTP program because i dont haave a hub or crossover cable so i have do this manually with boxplorer or boxcommander ( i have an xecuter 2 chip). Can anyone tell me how to move files in boxplorer. ( ie move the updatefile in 4d53006064?) I am having difficulty because im unfamiliar with the program and i can find any tutorials on the net about boxplorer. EDIT: i also have xbox media center so if you kwno that proggy i can do it with that too, i just cant work out how to move the files once ive selected them. thanks guys.
go to best buy or computer store and buy cross over cable, or get a router, it will make your life easier.
lol, well i worked out how to do it. i had to make an ISO then copy from different drives then back to the DIR i wanted. was extremely fusking easy in the end lol, much easier for a tech noob like me who knows nothing about IP addresses and ports and stuff. thanks for the advice anyway lol
