I want to softmod my xbox. But i cant find Action Replay at any store. I was at Futureshop today and i saw this thing called "Gamesaves Gameshark" I was going to buy it because it seem like the same thing as AR. But i didnt because i wasnt sure. do you have a friend with a modded xbox? If you do a normal memory card will work. Just use the modded machine to put the files onto the memory card.
Nope, none of my friends have a modded xbox, So thats why im doing it by myself. I was just wonderinf if this would work the same as Action replay. I know how to do it, just im not sure if it HAS to be AR.
Dude where do you live and do you live near a gamestop. My friend got his there and if certain stores don't have it but should then just ask them to order it for you. And do your homework well if you want to buy that other thing. Some store clerks, actually most store clerks have no clue what the difference is between similar objects, but they try to give some info anyway.
I dont live near a gamestop. But when i went to EB a few days ago they said they just sold the last copy of it. So i guess ill just wait till they have it in stock again.
i have one i could sell you...only problem is, that the mem card that came with it is crap, so you would need to use a official microsoft mem card with it. shoot me a pm if you want it or not.
1) It doesn't have to be AR. Gameshark Gamesaves will also work. 2) You don't have to buy anything other than the adapter so that you can connect your memory card to the computer. You can find the AR software online in certain places. 3) You should of done some more howework on this.
