Hello.
Thanks for your wonderfull free software.
I have a suggestion, for futur :
Please add a PAUSE switch, in order we can stop the computer during a conversion, because a conversion from a DVD to a ratDVD is very long.

PS : You can use the Xvid codec ; It's free, not only as "free beer", but as "GNU".

Reguarding that, the author has already said that he wont use xvid because of its limitations (in that its a liniar codec, and in and of itself it doesnt support chapters...that kinda thing) It would be nice if he did use a better established codec though, i agree....

The MPEG 2 is also linear
In fact, the film (in RAT, in DVD) is devided in linear sequences, and each of it is compressed.
