ReMPEG2 pbms

Hi there !
I have some pbms while resampling a DVDR with ReMPEG2.
I extracted the VOB files (they work perfectly with PowerDVD) and proceeded them with ReMPEG2.
The pbm is that the process doesn't want to stop after 100% (the total number of pictures is reached).
The file is about 1.7Gigas at this step and continue growing bigger.
I have tried again and again, but still the same pbms.
BTW, i did a "Get VTS sector" before I created the ReMPEG2.cffl. Can it be the source of my pbm ?
