You probably need to edit the emulaters .ini file.

ps. when you use all caps it means your yelling, so try not to do it so much. :)

FIRST-does anything else show up in your emulators section?
might be that the emulators folder in your dash isn't mapped right and is not being seen.

SECOND-if the emulator is on the F drive of your xbox,is your dashboard recognizing the F drive in the dashboards ini/xml file?

THIRD-is the xbe file for the emulator labeled default.xbe? If it isn't the xbox won't know what it is and won't be looking for it.

the surreal emulator is showing up on screen when i'm on the dxbox but the roms don't show on the list when i reboot or when i refresh the list in the emulator. the surreal ini file says that the roms should go in file f roms + the xbe file is default, but there is more the one xbe file the others are 1964,pj64,ultrahle. do i need to change these all to default.the problem is when i transfer the roms to the f file it shows on the laptop as transfered but does not show on the rom list in the emulator sorry for not being more clearer before. all the other emulators on the my xbox have the roms in a folder in the samp place where the emulator is and not in the f file. sorry again for the message in caps i did'nt know it meant i was yelling.

there might be a few added files in mine cause I have more than one dashboard...and they like to add stuff like the surreal64.wmv and the anodxtitleimage file. other than that, yours should be pretty close to this.

mine is surreal v1.0 it does not have a rom file+what is the rdb file mine does not have that. can i make a rom file in the emulator. what does your surreal ini file say about the rom path ,also do you put your roms in the f file games or in the rom file in the emulator.

Mine's the v1.0 as well. And yeah i just added a folder called roms myself. The way it is out of the box the directory shouold point to a folder in the emulators root called 'roms' anyways. but if you want i'm gunna send you a link to where you can get my files and see for your self.

for your surreal and ultra ini files there both set to d file for the roms so do you put them in there or in the rom file thats in the surreal emulator. in mine the surreal ini was set to f and the ultra was set to d , i've now set them both to f should this help.sorry if i'm repeating myself or sound dumb but i'm new to all this but it seems alot of people are having trouble with this

I never touched my ini files for my emulator...and it works for me. Try setting yours up the way mine is. (if you back up your files, you could even just ftp mine into yours and try them) and then delete the gamesaves for surreal from your MS dash. Also delete the cache in either x,y and/or z drive. Then boot up the emulator and see what happens.

I'm using Surreal64 on my XBOX. It runs fine but I can't get my roms to show up. I created a Roms folder and my roms are all in that folder. I even edited the Surreal.ini and ultra.ini files to point to the roms directory. Which is F:\Games\Surreal64\Roms. I need help! Can someone help me please.

    Thanks.

New message. I just got Surreal64 XXX. It works but all the games are glitchy. Even when I adjust the settings for more memory it does not change anything.

    Help!
