I know nothing about video drivers. i have a Dell 4600. Pentium 4 3.0mhz, 50+ gig hd, 512 ram, win xp pro, Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller.

i recently got sid meier's pirates and i cant play it because my video card isn't good enough. i am just now getting into computer games and don't need a top of the line card. looking for something that will allow me to play most games but not extremely expensive.

i would appreciate anyone who can help suggest what i might need. thanks.

How much knowledge do you have of computer hardware? because it sounds like your video card may be a onboard graphics card which means you can not put a graphics card in it. PM me if you want , and i can tell you all the fine details, but if you have the knowledge of comp hardware, then i guess you wouldnt need to, - Rob
