    Try use:
    1) Decrypter (free)
    2) PC Inspector (free)
    3) Isobuster (not free)
    to salvage the files.
    Good luck!

What you need is a lovely little machine called the SkipDr. I have one ($30). This fixes badly scratched DVDs and CDs. Be sure to get the motorized one. It has saved me so much time and money. My friends and family started bringing me their scratched movies and cd's. Finally, it became too much, so I made them go buy their own! You can find it at Walmart, Target, CompUSA, Fry's Electronics, Radio Shack, Circuit City to name a few. It doesn't have to be SkipDr., just one that's motorized (preferrably) and does the same job. You'll be glad you did! Good luck!
