PAL/NTSC question HELP!

Is there anyway to convert or play PAL games on an NTSC system so the sceen actually fits my screen? i have DVD loader and i can play the game but the screen is cut off at the bottom and even if i move it up it still wont show the entire bottom! ARG! any ideas?
