I am just writing to ask if anyone knows how to help my problem with my xbox. First of all I ftp into my modded xbox. I made a backup of drive C an E to my computer. Heres the problem when I ftp into my xbox it deleted every single file on my xbox and cleared it and I was soooo confused but I do have a back up of drive C and E of my xbox because I copied them to my computer before they got deleted. Now when I try to turn on my xbox it just says cotact customer care and also the light round the eject buton goes green and red. I hope there is some way someone can help me and I hope it does not include having to buy a new xbox. If someone could help that would be great. Thanks!
