I've been using DVDDeceypt and DVDShrink to backup my DVDs for some time now but I just got my hands on an Epson R300 that can print on the printable DVDs themselves. Does anyone know of a site that has images of the original DVDs you can grab and print using the Epson Utility? I'm just tired of using a Sharpie! Thanks.
Yep Im the guy http://www.generetic.org/ Better get what you can because they keep closing these sites down like crazy latley... If there are any certain ones you might be looking for let me know because I have custom designed over 300 my self (Thats what I have been doing while away from AD for past 3 months) Cheers
why are they closing those sites down? No piracy going on there. Unless they're getting that anal where they're bitchin about dvd covers.
Some of the Distributors (Mainly Sony) get P---Off when people use there logos... These people need to get a life..
IMHO they're digging their own graves. Going to the movies is not worth the price any more. At this point I'll buy the DVD's I want to see. It's cheaper than my wife and I going out. We currently go out and see maybe 2 movies a year. This year, so far it was Sin City and Batman Begins. Both great. But our budget is run out now. Then that will also get more expensive when they have to cover the box office lost $$$. at that point I'll be waiting until it's on HBO. With DirecTV and my home system, plus big screen and the digital sound why even buy the DVD???? Movie studios are running around complaining about pirates when they should be controlling the costs of producing their movies.
Thanks all. These sites are very good. Some I've found so far don't have as large a center circle as the Epson R300 leaves when it prints a DVD. This gives me plenty of places to find the best match. Thanks again!!!
Get into the software settings that came with your R300 you can make all the adjustments you need to, the picture will fill the disc properly then. Hub printable DVDs set centre at 22mm. Regular printable discs 44mm. These settings should solve your printing needs. I have the same printer and it is great.
all this sites are good. i like the http://www.covers.to/ i got a lightscribe burner. so i'm looking for the art that's on the disc itself. all i need is just the audio cds. i really dont need the covers on the cases. just the cd. is there a site that has that. i know they have some of the newer stuff. but i was looking to see if there was another one out there. i know that you can make requests on them, but its uncertain on when you may find them.. any other sites? thanx
Also a site to get the original dvd cover art is www.dvdreplacementcovers.com I think its cheaper then buying the ink & paper. Plus they look store bought.
hi bbmayo, I wanted to know about generetic cover site...about how many covers do they have? I joined one earlier this year and they only had like 4,000 covers... Does this site have alot more and do they have the latest covers? Thanks for replying.
The site metioned above http://www.cdcovers.cc/covers.php has plenty of images and doesn't require any fee or membership. I've found everything I've been looking for there.
Wolffpack, This is what I was talking about. They have some real nice preview and custom covers to preview... but I want to know what they have on the site itself?...anyone know?
