I was just wondering if the reason I cant get the evox dashboard to download on my xbox is because I have xbox live already on my xbox. If this is true, can someone please tell me if there is a way around it. And if this is not the problem, then what is?
EvoX has nothing to do w/ Xbox Live.... Follow this little guide on getting EVOX on your Xbox... 1) Download the Evolution X dashboard build 3935 http://www.x-b-o-x.net/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=1 or follow this guide on how to get it through mIRC and FlashFXP, http://webpages.charter.net/modchipzone/xbinshowto.htm 2) Extract these files from the EVOX.rar you just downloaded --skins (folder) --evox.ini --evoxdash.xbe 3) FTP into your Xbox http://webpages.charter.net/modchipzone/ftpingproblem.htm Now all you have to do is transfer the three files listed above into the root directory of your Xbox's C:
see thats the issue, i tried to softmod my xbox via the mechassault gamesave. but everytime i go into the campaign and hit "install linux", it says error occured. and i think this happens because i have xbox live downloaded and it updated my xbox dashboard.

it has nothing to do wioth that because i used a meccahsult save and i have xbox live with updated dashboard....maybe you just downloaded a bad file. did you already install the softmod? if not i can give you a 100% good working file and tell you what to do trough aim...condemned10
